Operation Jackal.

According to the back of the 1990 MDVC (Million Dollar Video Corp.) VHS box... "This gripping tale of deception and fraud will keep you on the edge of your seat. With fabulous performances by Sebastian Ligarde, Patricia Rivera and Júlio Augurio, this action-packed thriller follows a doctor involved with criminals and child traffickers who ultimately becomes his own victim. So deeply entangled in lies and dishonor, he'll do anything to extricate himself, even if it puts his family's lives in mortal danger!" Operación Chacal ("Operation Jackal") was reissued on DVD under the new title Traficantes de organos ("Organ Traffickers") in 2001.
